When Ruth Alisha Merrill became Rhain Alisha, it seems understandable that Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown, who is primarily known as "Rain," was less than pleased to find out her brother's wife was now legally sharing her favored moniker. Initially, it was reported by Blasting News that Rhain was not going to take Noah's last name to avoid the overlap. However, Noah claimed that wasn't the case: "Rhain is my wife and she is my wife for life and of course she will be taking my last name."
In the lead-up to the wedding, Noah seemed to throw some shade at sister on Instagram, possibly about the naming feud. "When you are a child like little Raindrop, you do not have to think about what you are going to eat for dinner or worry about paying bills because your parents do everything for you and you cannot take care of yourself," he captioned a selfie of him and Rhain. "Young Raindrop spends her days cuddling bunnies and playing with her dolls not knowing about the stressful lives of the adults around her."
However, with the recent tragic death of their father, Billy Brown, maybe these siblings have gained some new perspective. Both Rain and Noah posted tributes to their father on Instagram, which may not be exactly a reconciliation, but hey — it might be a start.
