Today I'm listening to a Pointer Sister's playlist. Some of the tracks include: "Goldmine", "He Turned Me Out", "Yes We Can", "Automatic", "Dare Me", "Neutron Dance", etc. I loved Ruth, June & Anita Pointer back in the day.

Such amazing vocalists with unique sounds and styles that blended together perfectly. "I'm So Excited" is still one of the best dance tunes ever!

I loved those bitches music. I even liked Bonnie.

Very talented and underrated. RIP June Pointer.

The Pointer Sisters did one of the most fun shows I've ever seen, at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas when Siegfried and Roy were on break from their usual residency there. I've loved them ever since.

It was overplayed because Procter & Gamble used it to sell Bounce fabric softener and bought ad space for it practically every show on TV watched by fraus, including but not limited to the soaps. They also used The Four Tops' "Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch" to sell Duncan Hines brownies.
