Scott Disick was spotted leaving a Los Angeles nightclub over the weekend with a “mystery woman,” whom Page Six has since identified as Sarah Bauer.
A source told us the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum, 40, and the Universal Music Group employee, 28, had a “casual outing” after a night of partying at Offsunset Saturday night.
We’re told Bauer lives in the City of Angels and works at the prominent record label as a finance coordinator and executive assistant. It’s unclear at this time how she and Disick first met.
Bauer, who wore a maroon dress and black strappy heels for the outing, was photographed sitting in the back of a sprinter with the Talentless founder.
As for Disick, he opted for a more casual look, rocking a black jacket, brown shirt, black pants and white sneakers. It appears he lost a significant amount of weight since he was last photographed in public.
Reps for Disick did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The dad of three, who has a long list of ex-girlfriends, was last seen frolicking on a beach in St. Barts with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in December 2023.
The pair first dated in 2006, just before he began getting serious with Kourtney Kardashian.
The Poosh founder, 44, dated Disick on and off for many years and they share three children together: Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9.
They eventually called it quits in 2015 after years marred with partying and broken promises.

“It was a huge adjustment losing Kourtney romantically, but now it’s becoming a huge adjustment losing her as a best friend,” Disick told Khloé Kardashian during Season 1 of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” which premiered in April 2022.
Kourtney went on to marry Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, with whom she shares a baby boy named Rocky. She’s also stepmom to Barker’s kids from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler: son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18.
Meanwhile, Disick dated Sofia Richie on and off for over three years prior to reconnecting with Bartoli.
Their relationship finally ended in 2020 due to his “past traumas” that led him to enter rehab again.
“Scott had gone back to his old ways,” a source told Page Six in May 2020, “and Sofia got fed up.”
Richie, 25, went on to tie the knot with music executive Elliot Grainge in April 2023.
Disick also enjoyed a brief romance with Amelia Gray Hamlin, whose parents are Harry Hamlin and former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna.
After they broke up, the model, 22, seemingly criticized Disick while reflecting on her 2021 experiences.
“2021… the year of the bleached brow & dreams coming true… the year that i completely lost my sense of self.. not knowing that i would reclaim it even more authentically,” she captioned a series of photos that December.
