He aged well. He was a cute twink, followed by good-looking middle aged guy, followed by attractive daddy-ish older dude. Yes, he's only 50 and I assume now that he'll keep on making these jumps in age but still being good looking, even if "good looking" is something different.

Having never heard of him before, I saw him in Looking, then Tales of the City. I thought he was fairly hot but not overly impressive as an actor. He was okay. It seemed like he was cast to type.

Just watched the first two episodes of HBO's White Lotus in which he plays the hotel manager using his real accent. I had no idea he was Australian, then I found an interview with him. It makes me rethink the previous appearances.
