Michael Shepherd Obituary, Death Cause – Alabama’s Midway The Midway community said goodbye to Michael David Shepherd, one of its cherished inhabitants, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. He passed away at the age of 44, leaving a lasting legacy of love for the great outdoors in the hearts of those he knew. His life will be celebrated with funeral services at Bethsaida Baptist Church on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will be officiated by Rev. Wiley McWhorter and Rev. Britt Green. Gray Funeral Home will handle the funeral arrangements. The burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Michael had an ardent love of the outdoors that permeated every aspect of his being. Michael found happiness and comfort in the vast outdoors, whether it was the excitement of hunting, the tranquility of fishing, or just meandering through the scenic routes.
