Follow these steps to Create one:
  1. Log in to your Publisher Panel.
  2. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click on your account. Click on Smart Tools.
  3. Select the Links Tab.
  4. Now select the category, you will get ‘SmartLink‘ in the SmartLink box.
