Anyone can apply to join Raya, but that doesn't mean everyone is accepted. Obviously, being that it's an exclusive dating app, Raya has a strict application process that takes time -- and sometimes a wait list -- before people are approved.
The application is first "assessed based on algorithmic values," and then "hundreds of committee members" check out the applicant's details. But submitting an app doesn't mean anyone receives an instant decision; it can take as little as one day, and as much as "a few months."
How Many People Get Accepted On Raya?
Reported stats vary, but some sources say that Raya only accepts about eight percent of its applicants to the platform. And the process may be even more exclusive than anyone realized; Demi Lovato, who was previously on the app, was later rejected when she reapplied.
