I recently saw Scarface for the first time and I was blown away by young Steven Bauer. I only know him as a character actor who occasionally shows up playing some aging playboy (like in Better Call Saul), but he was so gorgeous and magnetic when he was younger. Was he A-, B-, or C-list at his peak?

I was surprised, but not really, to learn he was the first of 3 famous men to father children with Melanie Griffith. Hell, she managed to fuck all of them in their prime too.

I recall him during the 198os from Scarface and a few made for TV movies. He was at his peak a B list. But he was stunningly handsome.

I remember the first time seeing him in a TV movie, called Sword of Gideon. It was about the secret commandoes who went after the terrorists responsible for the Munich Olympics murders of the Jewish athletes. He was gorgeous. Spielberg lifted his movie Munich from the TV movie.

He was a very handsome man indeed, but sadly the combination of his genes with Melanie Griffith's didn't produce an attractive son.
