Those are probably the two best movies about finding our way in world, but i would say Taxi Driver is the better movie, even though Fight Club is great too!

Taxi Driver has one iconic performance, while Fight Club has a couple, not to mention a more memorable cast overall. The story, dialogue, and pacing of Fight Club is much better. This contest is not even close.

Loved both these movies but fight club has some of the best movie quotes. "We have no great depression, we have no great war. Our great war is a spiritual war our great depression is our lives" Besides very few movies are better than the book. Fight club is one of these few. In Tyler we trust

If I am being totally honest, at first, I was blown away by Fight Club for having such a bold twist ending and having such a unique and enthralling story... but now, I can start to see a lot of the flaws in the movie. It is still a great movie, don't get me wrong. It is has a lot of elements that I really loved and I would say that it is entertaining throughout with it never having a dull moment. That being said, I would say that it has some major pacing issues. The story feels very inconsistent throughout, it felt like there were some scenes that were a bit unnecessary and feels like it doesn't know what to be at times. Taxi Driver on the other hand, is perfect in every aspect imaginable.
