He also discussed his health routine, and how it took work to adopt.

"It wasn’t easy, being from the Midwest, where there really wasn't a lot about health or fitness being taught. No one in my family went for a jog or had a gym membership. For a long time, I actually looked down on exercising, [thinking] it was a bourgeois thing for fortunate people who hadn't been wrecked by blue collar jobs. Today is another story. I love the elliptical machine."

Galecki did experience heartbreak in the past. Among the tough moments included his off the map Hollywood home burning down.

The actor revealed at the time of the tragedy, "My heart goes out to all in the area who are also experiencing loss from this vicious fire, the threat of which we live with constantly -- which may seem crazy to some, but we do so because living in our beautiful, rural area makes it worthwhile."

Nowadays, Galecki continues to be off the map in Texas since the series, TBBT, came to an end. Here's to hoping Galecki is enjoying his time off the spotlight.
