This disk could be obtained by successfully capturing Espeon while playing the Only Eevee Course ~Part 2~, which was available to play on Pokémon Ga-Olé machines present at all Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores across Japan between September 13 and November 28, 2018. It could also be captured by playing the Only Eevee Course ~Part 3~ on the same machines between November 29, 2018 and February 13, 2019.
