He has one Bachleor’s Degree from Penn in 1997 which he had to extend to get because he was basically failing. He does not have any of the credentials he claims. He never got a degree in Physics nor studied it. He was never a PhD candidate. He never went to Stanford and was never accepted into the programs that he says he was accepted into BECAUSE THEY DON’T EXIST.
He’s a liar, from top to bottom. He’s the new Trump. Everything he does was either stolen or bought from others. He’s a grifter. He has created NOTHING.

It’s pretty incredible this has found no traction here. Or maybe not.

Probably because no one gives a shit about his credentials. Whose HR department are we supposed to be?

You're trying to tell me he's not as smart as he wants the world to think and he's little more than a socially retarded incel and Internet troll who got VERY, VERY lucky? Mind blown. Who could've seen that coming.
He's actually very much like Trump. Someone who stumbled into wealth but the clique they desperately want to belong to is not all that interested in them. Basically, they bought the tickets to the first class but found them empty since nobody wants to sit next to them.

I care about credentials when someone is claiming they are better and smarter than everyone else, especially when they weild a huge (alleged) financial influence.

No way. Elon Musk lied? I can't believe it. That's like saying Trump lied. This changes everything. The world will now forgive him for all that he has done. I hope you'll be ok, OP. He's a scumbag. How does this surprise you?

So in addition to EVERYTHING ELSE THE SCHMUCK IS VERS?

The more important question is why does Penn allow these grifters to lie about the degrees they’ve obtained and/or how they’ve obtained them? The gentleman’s agreements or whatever the ivies and elites call them are partly to blame.

Lying about education and degrees received etc is quite simply grounds for termination in most HR depts. I think it’s pretty self evident why. But then some people like Musk and Trump make it through to some kind of success and in both their cases notoriety. We live in a time where truth and real achievement have been bastardized. It’s a sign of the decadence of our nation and times. I hope it will correct itself, somehow. It’s so self destructive in a nation and community.

I guess that’s not “the more important question” but ia good question too.
| by Anonymous | reply 10 | November 19, 2022 1:06 PM |
R8, why do you think Penn “allows” them to lie? When asked by journalist they respond.

“Mr Musk is NOT and was NEVER an original founder of Tesla Motors. (the original company).
Mr. Musk was NEVER involved in the inception of the company, the initial founding of the company/business, the initial conception of the 1st product, the development of the idea of the company, the initial innovations & brainstorming ideas/concepts of the company or any of the hard back-breaking work to design and build any of the v1.0 prototypes of initial v1.0 products of…Tesla Motors. - he had NOTHING to do with any of that hard initial company founding work. - He wasn’t even around when it all began.
The founders of Tesla were 2 guys, and ONLY 2 guys. Those 2 guys were engineers. Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning.“
There are a lot of articles calling him the founder of Tesla. But apparently he fought in court to be called a “retroactive co-founder.”

Everything about him is "alternative facts". Except his craziness.

Link, R11? I made with the Google and couldn’t find any statements from Penn. Perhaps in response to the legal case that OP cites, but I see no response to an inquiry from the press.
Understandable, to an extent, that he University honors a student’s privacy. They also likely enjoy the free marketing they get from these grifters. Despite being mental defectives, they do have a substantial fan base.

I’ve always said that he’s just like Trump because he’s just like Trump. The lying, the racism and misogyny, exaggerating every accomplishment, being a thin skinned bully, the God complex, and the big mouth. We’re lucky he can’t run for President in the US because like Trump, Musk has many stupid followers.

He's also not "the richest man in the world" and he's not a real billionaire. That's just lazy hacks swallowing his kool-aid.
He's as fake as his hair.

Musk, trump and Holmes...all part of the same club.
| by Anonymous | reply 17 | November 19, 2022 2:56 PM |
Thank God he’s not a natural born US citizen. Seriously y’all dodged a bullet right there.

I eent to Penn. This came up with Trump too. 3rd parties like employers can get confirmation of graduation with student approval. You can also browse Commencement info.
But there's no benefit to Penn commenting on individual students. And Elin could be a potential donor.
There's public sources like commencement list people can obtain. Also, Dean's list. That is why the media could prove Trump didn't graduate from the top of his class at Wharton but that too didn't get traction and he was running for president so you would think lies would be of interest.
