For starters, she had just launched her newest catering company, Giada Catering, which offers distinct Italian menus using four themes: California Italian, Rome, Amalfi, and Milan.
The California Italian menu is big on family-style feasts, which include De Laurentiis’ kale & pomegranate salad, Brussels sprouts, and limoncello mascarpone cheesecake for dessert. On the other hand, seafood is the star of the Amalfi menu, which features dishes such as her famous lemon spaghetti with jumbo prawns and branzino with Tuscan bean ragu.
And yes, it also includes a seafood tower. As for the Milan menu, it boasts Italian classics such as veal saltimbocca and lobster ravioli. The Rome menu features modern Italian dishes such as artichoke arancini and arugula candied lemon and pancetta salad.

While speaking with People, she revealed that her pasta line is made in the Italian region of Abruzzo where they are cut using 100-year-old bronze dies. And speaking of pasta cuts, De Laurentiis also knew that she wanted to offer shapes that are “more unique” than the traditional spaghetti or penne.
So far, her pasta shapes include bucatini lunghi, spaghetti chitarra, manfredi lunchi, pappardelle, nodi marini, paccheri, bucatini, and taccole, all of which are meant to be “fun and cool and different.”
