Fraser said on WWHL that the self proclaimed 'witch' turned out to be an amazing worker. I wonder if Ben gets promoted to Bosun.

Kate Chastain must have given Fraser tips on how to be an effective Head Bitch in Charge, because he is a lot more direct this season. Maybe that drunk dyke captain actually taught him something.

Captain Kerry is the best leader in the BD franchise. Firm and direct but also kind and empathetic. Doesn't need to make anyone feel like shit. Kerry won't threaten to fire people, he'll just fire them.

So far this season is a dud. The crew just isn't very exciting and Ben is a huge dick.

Barbie and Jared are going to be on WWHL after tomorrow nights episode which makes me think they're both getting fired.
