This trans woman Danni is seeking asylum in Sweden. Reading between the lines, it seems Danni's legal problems stem from the fact that Danni lied about getting SRS on a passport application many years back. To change gender on your passport you actually had to have the surgery while today you only need to declare what you feel your gender to be and get a MD note.
